The firing of Dr. David Bishai, Harford County’s former Health Officer, is extremely unfortunate as much of his work was the first of its kind locally. The manner of his dismissal raises great concerns. The HCDCC encourages Harford County residents to write and call the County Council to express their concerns about this issue. Andy Harris. His actions of disseminating misinformation concerning the 2020 Election, dangerously enabling an angry and armed mob and his verbal and alleged physical altercation have violated Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
